SENIOR CONTRACT ENGINEER

At Eni, we are looking for a Senior Contract Engineer within Eni Iraq B.V. in Basra, Iraq. You will be managing all aspects of the procurement process for contracts for goods, works and services with minimum direction and supervision, meeting delivery, cost, quantity and quality requirements and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

As a member of the Contracts & Procurement department you will be responsible for:

Preparing contractual and commercial sections of the tender exercise and compiling the full tender package
Developing and analysing contract documentation, including review and contribution to contractual scope of work as per requisition
Writing contract requirements in conformance with all applicable laws and in compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Ensuring that contractual terms and conditions are defined in accordance with company requirements and governance
Performing counterparty risk assessments as per existing procedures
Performing contractual and commercial evaluations and required negotiations of tenders received, formulate recommendations and finalizing all contractual terms and conditions to award
Challenging purchase requisition requirements, offering alternatives and proposing solutions
Making critical analysis, adding revisions and contributing to the preparation of the tender lists, contract strategies and tender evaluation plan
Preparing un-priced and priced evaluation models of high complexity and major contracts
Elaborating and proposing contracting solutions and pursuing alternative methods of improving contracting practices i.e. risk/reward, incentives, alliances etc., comparing different purchasing alternatives such as tendering vs. single source, renting vs. buying, etc.

Assistant Manager – HR Excellence

Job Summary:

The job requires an analytical mind that has the ability to critically evaluate and implement effective solutions to routine problems. The following KRAs will become part of this job description:

Support HR Services Initiatives for Process and Outcome improvement
Support Business Objectives for the HR Services Unit
Assist in Data Analytics that can influence other stakeholders
Provide data analytics towards process improvement and performance check-ins of various functions

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct research, design and/or monitor implementation of various projects/processes under the guidance of the Manager
Assist the line manager with coordination and oversight related specifically to projects and processes across HR Services
Monitor and analyze processes to check effectiveness and work out strategies for improvement
Oversee technology needs within the ambit of HR and come up with appropriate solutions
Perform various analytics and trends analysis for various teams across HR and outside of HR related to HR Data
Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, HCM users and the HCM vendor
Manage competing resources and priorities
Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Devise and conduct work and task based studies within the ambit of HR

REQUIRED SKILLS

Knowledge:

Experience in MIS, creating dashboards, tech savvy to be able to provide workable solutions at a functional level
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
HCM or HRM Solutions Knowledge and Implementation experience strongly preferred
Sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Purpose:

GM Security Transformation and Engineering is responsible for the Security tools/technology/solutions deployment across KE and acts as a key contributor to the development of long-term Cybersecurity related strategies and directions for all KE environments.

The role is also responsible for development, adoption and refinement of cyber-security reference models, solution architectures and innovative approaches to cybersecurity landscape. Additionally, the role leads the implementation and compliance of the security governance frameworks.

This position leverages internal resources, external consultants and service providers in its mission for setting up Cybersecurity Infrastructure.

This role provides technical mentoring and guidance to Cybersecurity Engineering & Architecture teams, IT and Threat Management pillar as well.

This role closely works in conjunction with departmental heads and organizational functions/departments to ensure employees are aware of cyber-security issues, are trained in good cyber-security practices, and are practicing safe/secure data collection, data transfers and storage, and use of social media, mobile devices, and apps, amongst others.
